REWE International AG
REWE International AG Management Board member Espen B. Larsen, responsible for REWE Group's full-range business areas in Central and Eastern Europe (BILLA in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and IKI in Lithuania), has decided to leave the company as of 31 May 2025 for personal reasons. Marcel Haraszti will also be responsible for BILLA CEE (IKI) in the future.

REWE International AG
The contracts of REWE International AG Management Board members Marcel Haraszti and Michael Jäger were extended early by the Supervisory Board until the end of 2028, thus confirming the confidence in the successful work of the REWE International AG Management Board team. The contract of Espen B. Larsen, who took over responsibility for the full-range business in Eastern Europe (BILLLA, IKI) at the beginning of 2021, was already extended last year and runs until the end of 2026.

Groundbreaking personnel decisions in the Supervisory Board of REWE-ZENTRALFINANZ eG (RZF), the parent company of REWE Group: In the interests of the company's continuous development, the Management Board contracts of Daniela Büchel, Peter Maly and Hans-Jürgen Moog will be extended early until the end of 2028. In addition, Erich Stockhausen, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2006, will step down as its Chairman in the summer of 2025 after ten years. It is planned that his colleague and close companion Stefan Lenk will then take over as Chairman in June 2025.

With immediate effect, Karl. J. Pojer takes over responsibility for the entire hotel division of DER Travel and Tourism Group. The manager, who has international experience in the hotel and cruise industry, will thus head one of the central growth areas of the DER Travel and Tourism Group. As the new CEO of the DER Travel and Tourism Hotel Division, Pojer will report to Dr Ingo Burmester, CEO Central Europe and member of the Executive Board of DER Travel and Tourism Group. As CEO of the DER Travel and Tourism Hotel Division, he will also be appointed to the Extended Executive Board of DER Travel and Tourism Group.

Change in the management of Toom Baumarkt DIY store: CFO Niko Johns (left) has asked to terminate his contract for personal reasons. He will be succeeded by Martin Czoske, previously Head of Holding Management, M&A and Controlling at REWE Group.

After more than 13 years as Head of REWE Group Corporate Communications, Martin Brüning is leaving the company on 30 June 2022 at his own request and on the best of terms. His successor will be Ines Schurin.
