Philipp Hohmann leaves, Leonie Baecker arrives

Philipp Hohmann and Leonie Baecker Leonie Baecker, 38, previously Lionel Souque's assistant, will take over from Philipp Hohmann, 43,as Head of Brand Marketing at REWE Markt GmbH from October following her induction. In her new role, she will report to the Managing Director of REWE Marketing, Elke Wilgmann. Leonie Baecker joined REWE Group in October 2017 as Project Manager Consulting in the former Development & Consulting division. Before joining Lionel Souque 's Management Board, she was Head of and responsible for numerous projects in various areas of the company. Before joining REWE Group, Leonie Baecker worked as a project manager at Deutsche Bank AG in Group Management Consulting. Philipp Hohmann, Head of Brand Marketing, has decided to leave REWE Group in October to take on another challenge. Philipp Hohmann started as Head of Brand Communications in November 2017 and has significantly shaped and driven the REWE brand over the past seven years. During this time, he was responsible for over 30 successful umbrella brand campaigns, including the well-known "Scheine für Vereine" campaign.

Carsten Pilot replaces Leonie Baecker

Carsten Pilot Carsten Pilot, 37, Project Manager in Strategy PENNY International, will take over Leonie Baecker's duties as Executive Board Officer from Lionel Souque on 1 October. Carsten Pilot joined PENNY International in February 2018 as a project manager in the internal sales department/project management/strategy. He worked there until 2021. In May 2021, he moved to PENNY Hungary, where he took over as Head of Strategy and Project Management. Before joining REWE Group, Carsten Pilot was Project Manager Latam at Reclay Holding GmbH (DE) and authorised signatory of Reclay Chile SpA in Santiago de Chile. He will support our CEO in all strategic and conceptual issues.

Tim Dapprich takes over from Charlotte Jung

Tim Dapprich On 1 September, Tim Dapprich, 32, will start as Head of Marketing Strategy & Transformation at REWE Markt GmbH. Dapprich will report to the Managing Director of REWE Marketing, Elke Wilgmann. Tim Dapprich has been working in Inhouse Consulting since January 2023, most recently as Senior Project Manager. Before joining REWE Group, Tim Dapprich built up a start-up in the food industry after working briefly in the consulting environment. As part of the move, Tim Dapprich will take over the Marketing Strategy & Transformation department from Charlotte Jung, Head of Private Label Marketing. In future, Charlotte Jung will concentrate fully on the further development of private label marketing.

Ulrich Bressem and Christoph Kremers become Head of

Ulrich Bressem and Christoph Kremers On 1 June, Ulrich Bressem was appointed Head of Reporting & BI Services and Christoph Kremers, 43,was appointed Head of Data Management Controlling in the Controlling Solutions/Reporting and Tool Solutions division. Both report to Michael Meysing as Head of Controlling Solutions in REWE Group Business Solutions (RGBS). Ulrich Bressem joined PENNY Markt GmbH in January 2013 as a business IT specialist in Category Management Controlling. After working as a project manager at the former REWE Systems, he returned to Controlling at Retail Germany in June 2019 to build up the Reporting & BI team. As a result of the restructuring carried out on 1 June, the team moved from Controlling to the newly created RGBS. As part of this change, Ulrich Bressem's position was upgraded to a Head of Position. In November 2007, Christoph Kremers joined the VS Merchandise Management Processes division of REWE-Zentral AG as Project Coordinator and moved to REWE-ZENTRALFINANZ eG as Controller Fundamentals and Processes in December 2010. In April 2018, he was appointed Lead Controlling Data Architecture. In addition, he has been responsible for the REWE digital product "Corporate Controlling & Planning" in the role of Product Owner since November 2023. As part of the team move to RGBS, this position was also upgraded to a Head of position to reflect the expanded tasks and increased importance for the Controller organisation.

Dimitrios Skouras appointed Head of

Dimitrios Skouras Dimitrios Skouras, 42, was appointed Head of Analytics Platform & Technology on 1 August. Skouras joined REWE Information Systems in September 2011 as a business analyst in the Data Warehouse department after working as a student assistant in business mathematics. in 2015, he moved to REWE Digital as Team Leader Reporting and BI Services, where he built up the reporting landscape for eCommerce. in 2019, he took on the role of Head of Business Intelligence E-Commerce and led the data engineering processes into the cloud. As part of the analytics transformation, he moved to the Analytics division and took over the development of the Analytics Platform & Technology domain, which he has been developing and managing since 2021. Dimitrios Skouras continues to report to Dr Lorenz Determann, Head of Analytics.

Marek Andryszak takes over from Karl J. Pojer

Karl J. Pojer Marek Andryszak took over as managing director of DSR Hotel Holding in Hamburg on 1 August. He succeeds Karl J. Pojer, who has headed the hotel division of the DERTOUR Group, the majority shareholder of DSR Hotel Holding, since January 2024. Andryszak will continue the successful growth of the hotel management company with its renowned brands and currently a total of 35 hotels in Germany, Austria and Italy. The hotel company with its 31 locations recently grew strongly through the acquisition of Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts and secured itself a leading role in the German-speaking holiday hotel industry. Marek Andryszak, a manager with over 20 years of experience in Travel and Tourism, is taking over. He spent the majority of this time at the tourism group TUI, where he held various management positions, including Chairman of the Managing Directors of TUI Poland and Chairman of the Board of L'Tur Tourismus AG as well as CEO of TUI Germany and Central Europe. Most recently, he was CEO of 8a.pl - the leading outdoor and mountaineering outfitter in Poland. As CEO DERTOUR Group Hotel Division, Karl J. Pojer will continue to report to Dr Ingo Burmester, CEO DERTOUR Central Europe.
