
Susanne Fleckenstein has been appointed Head of Expansion & Portfolio Management as of 1 January. She will report to Stephan Koof, Head of Real Estate/Expansion. Susanne Fleckenstein joined REWE Group in July 2024 as Head of Expansion & Portfolio Management. The graduate engineer and architect began her career in 2002 as a property manager at Lidl. This was followed by further positions at ECE, KFC and Commerzbank AG. in 2019, she joined Aldi Nord as Managing Director International Real Estate, Expansion & Finance and Managing Director of Aldi Immobilienverwaltung and all other property companies in Germany.
Henrik Stohr
On 1 January, personnel and structural changes will be implemented in the Real Estate / Expansion division in order to meet the increased requirements and the significantly higher volume of SBU and cross-divisional projects and coordination issues. Henrik Stohr, 51, is taking on the role of Senior Expert Expansion & Portfolio Management. In this role, he will coordinate and develop cross-divisional topics and projects. He will report to Susanne Fleckenstein, Head of Expansion & Portfolio Management.
Sebastian Engels
Sebastian Engels, 55, has been appointed Head of Expansion PENNY, taking over this role from Henrik Stohr. He will continue to drive forward the strategic development of the PENNY store network in Germany. Heike Frahm and Michael Geurts, Head of Real Estate Property Management REWE and PENNY respectively, will report directly to Susanne Fleckenstein in future. This means that expansion and property management will be managed from a single source.
Andree Lorenzen, 49, is taking over as Head of Real Estate Site Securing. The previous head, Erik Lorenz, will concentrate on project-related tasks in future and contribute his many years of experience to strategic individual projects.
Arnd Riehl, Nicola Pierdomenico
Arnd Riehl, Director People & Culture at REWE International, will move to Milan on 1 February and become a member of the managing directors of PENNY Italy as CEO. He will succeed Nicola Pierdomenico. Riehl will report to Michael Jäger, Divisional Director HI PENNY International. Arnd Riehl joined REWE Group in Germany in 2016 as Sales Manager Discount National (PENNY). From October 2020 to December 2023, he was CEO BILLA Slovakia before taking over as Director People & Culture at REWE International AG in January 2024. Before joining REWE Group, he held positions including CEO of METRO Group Advertising and Sales Director Metro Germany.
Lisa Köb, Arnd Riehl
Lisa Köb, currently Head of People & Culture BILLA Austria, will take over the position of Director People & Culture at REWE International on 1 February, succeeding Arnd Riehl. Köb will report to Marcel Haraszti, Divisional Director HI BILLA BIPA International. Since joining REWE International in 2015, Lisa Köb has worked in various HR functions - from HR Business Partner to Expert Talent Management, Lead Training & Development and overall management as Head of HR & Internal Communication BIPA Austria. In her current role, she shapes the HR and cultural agenda at BILLA. She started her career in the recruitment and HR management sector.
Margit Reisinger
BIPA's growth strategy in Austria is reflected in the expansion of the managing directors. In addition to Markus Geyer, CEO BIPA International with overall responsibility for the Austrian, Croatian and Romanian markets, and Daniela Reumann, Managing Director of the sales department, a new category management/purchasing department including own brands has been created. On 9 February, Margit Reisinger will join the BIPA managing directors, where she will be responsible for the new department of strategic category management, commercial operations and medical products. Reisinger has over 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector and has extensive expertise in business development, sales and product management. She has held international management positions and most recently headed the Austrian sales team as Head of Sales Austria at Procter & Gamble. Her career includes positions in various European markets with a focus on health, beauty, household and baby care.
Britta Fischer
The reorganisation of the management structures in the Travel and Tourism business unit also affects the Group's human resources work. In order to promote the integration of the German and international locations, the position of Chief Human Resources Officer DERTOUR Group & Germany was created on 1 December. The responsibility of the previous German HR manager, Britta Fischer , will thus be expanded to include international HR work. This is accompanied by her appointment to the Extended Executive Board, which is anchored directly below the management level of the business unit. The fully qualified lawyer has almost 30 years of experience in both strategic and operational HR management projects. After more than 20 years of airline experience, Fischer continued her career in 2019 as a partner and specialist lawyer for labour law at the law firm Schalast. Since joining the DERTOUR Group in February 2023, initially in the role of Senior Vice President HR Germany and since January 2024 as a member of the managing directors of DERTOUR Deutschland GmbH, she has familiarised herself with all parts of the company on the HR side. Britta Fischer reports to Boris Raoul, CEO DERTOUR Germany & Austria and CTO DERTOUR Group.
