
Julian David Bluhm
On 1 August, Julian David Bluhm, 39, will be appointed National Sales Department Manager at PENNY Germany. In his new role, he will also be a member of the management and report to Dr Stefan Görgens, Divisional Director and COO PENNY Germany.
Before joining REWE Group, Julian David Bluhm spent several years advising companies in the food sector on the industrial and retail side. From 2017, he initially worked in PENNY's strategy department and subsequently supported various strategic and operational initiatives within Retail D as an in-house consultant. Since 2021, Bluhm has built up sales process and project management at PENNY and led the central sales department. Following a market and field sales phase lasting several months in the West region, he will assume overall responsibility for the national sales department in future. This means he will be responsible for the areas of "Coordination and Communication", "National Setup and Market Planning" and "Digitalisation, Projects and Processes".
Alexander Moser
The latter area will also merge "IT Business Demand Management" and sales process and project management from August. Alexander Moser will assume overall responsibility for the newly created "Digitalisation, Projects and Processes" functional area. Moser, 45, has been responsible for the coordination and support of all IT projects at PENNY Germany since 2018 and, together with his team, will be responsible for all sales department projects and processes in the future.
Stefan Nett
On 1 August, Stefan Nett, 38, will take over the role of Head of Facility Management Headquarters in the Construction division. In this role, he will report to Harald Fischer, Head of Construction. Stefan Nett has held various management positions, most recently at E.ON Country Hub Germany GmbH. Nett will take over from Heike Wilhelm, Head of Construction Central Services, who will enter the passive phase of her partial retirement and thus retire at the same time after 34 years with the company.
Jessica Gurschke
On 1 June, Jessica Gurschke, 33, took over the role of Head of HR Analytics, Planning & Tools. Jessica Gurschke joined REWE Deutscher Supermarkt AG & Co KGaA on 1 November 2018 as HR Controller in the HR Operations department. She has held various positions there. Most recently, she was Product Owner of the Talent Acquisition team in the HR Technology & Solutions functional area. In her new role, she reports to Jens Rabbe, Head of HR Operations.
Miriam Plogmann
Miriam Plogmann, 38, has been appointed Head of Quality Management Fresh/Frozen Food as of 1 July. She will assume responsibility for the Fresh Food Quality Management Operative 2 team. Miriam Plogmann reports to the Head of Quality Management Operative 2, Michael Zschocke. Miriam Plogmann was already working as an intern at REWE Group in 2012, while she was studying to become an ecotrophologist. After gaining several years of experience as a Quality Specialist in Quality Assurance at Metro Cash & Carry, she joined REWE Group Buying as Quality Manager in 2017.
On 1 July, Sophia Holtschmidt took over responsibility for Program Engagement, Operations & Personalisation within the Customer Loyalty Retail Germany division as Head of Customer Loyalty Program. She reports to the division manager Almut Wandres. Sophia Holtschmidt joined REWE Group in 2018 as a Senior Consultant in the former Strategy & Consulting division. From 2019 onwards, she initially worked as a project manager and later as a subject area manager on strategy issues for PENNY. Most recently, she worked as a senior project manager in Inhouse Consulting. Before joining REWE Group, Sophia Holtschmidt worked as a senior consultant at Roland Berger GmbH in the Corporate Performance division.
Stephanie Wulf
Stephanie Wulf, Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Extended Executive Board of DER Travel and Tourism Group, will be leaving DER Travel and Tourism at the end of the year at her own request to take on a new professional challenge after more than five years with the company. In January 2024, she will join the international logistics group DB Schenker as Board Member for People & Organisation. Stephanie Wulf joined DER Travel and Tourism Group as Chief HR Officer in April 2018 to take over international HR responsibility and HR management of the HR organisation in Germany. In recent years, she has built up a modern HR organisation and supported the internationalisation of the company as well as the transformation processes of the tourism group in HR management.
