Andrea Roth, Michael Müller-Frank Andrea Roth, Head of Holding Compliance Management, is retiring on 1 October after more than 30 years with REWE Group. She will be succeeded by Michael Müller-Frank.

After studying Business Administration, Andrea Roth began her REWE career at Atlas Reisen in 1994 after holding various professional positions. There, she laid the foundation for her further career within the Group: between 2000 and 2009, she worked as an auditor and then as Head of Group Audit Financial. in 2010, she moved to Strategic Purchasing as Functional Head of Project Management. In May 2011, she took over the position of Head of Governance & Compliance. Andrea Roth has played a key role in shaping the strategic and operational direction of the compliance organisation and its processes.

As of 1 October, Michael Müller-Frank, 47, Head of Corporate Audit Risk & Compliance, will take over Andrea Roth's responsibilities and will also be appointed Chief Compliance Officer of REWE Group. Müller-Frank will report to Dr Sven Spork, Divisional Director Corporate Affairs REWE Group. Michael Müller-Frank completed his law studies in Bavaria. After working for several years as a lawyer and tax consultant at an auditing firm, he joined the Group Audit Risk & Compliance department as an auditor in 2016. He has held the position of Head of Corporate Audit Risk & Compliance since May 2019.

Alexandra Brunnenkant, Guido Holzem Alexandra Brunnenkant, Purchasing Manager for Own Brand Dry & Near Food, has decided to step down from her current role at the end of the year for personal reasons. As Purchasing Manager, Brunnenkant has played a key role in shaping and driving forward the development of private labels since 2017. Guido Holzem, 38, Senior Buying Director DIY, toom Baumarkt DIY store, has gradually taken over her responsibilities since 1 September. As Buying Director Own Brand Dry Assortment & Near Food, Holzem reports to Marcel Weber, Management Own Brand National & International/NH/UF2. Guido Holzem completed his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant at REWE Group. After starting as a purchasing assistant in Central Purchasing Non Food in 2007, he moved to the purchasing department of toom Baumarkt DIY store in 2011.

Laszlo Voss On 1 September, Laszlo Voß, 32, took over the role of Head of Construction at the PENNY store construction division. He reports to Harald Fischer, Head of Construction Retail Germany. Voß previously held various management positions, most recently at Aldi Süd Immobilienverwaltungs-GmbH & Co. OHG as Manager Real Estate Construction.

Anna Schüller Anna Schüller, 28, has been appointed Senior Buyer with effect from 15 September. She will be responsible for the Bake Off, Own Brand Ultrafresh 2 product group. Anna Schüller joined our company as a dual student in September 2016. In October 2019, she was taken on as a purchasing assistant in the Ultrafresh 1 full-range goods department. Just a few months later, she was appointed Category Buyer for vegetables. She currently holds the same position for the Bake Off product group. In future, Anna Schüller will report to Patrick Gerdes, Purchasing Manager for Ultrafresh 2 Bread & Baked Goods.

Mihaela Voichita Mihaela Voichita, 35, will move to this area as part of a restructuring in the Purchasing department for the own-brand Ultrafrische 2 meat product and will be appointed Senior Buyer Fresh Meat/Poultry as of 1 November. After completing her bachelor's degree, Mihaela Voichita completed a trainee programme in Purchasing at REWE Group Romania. She then worked there as a buyer. After brief stops in between, she joined REWE Group Buying in Cologne in May 2020, where she currently works as a Buyer in the Own Brand Pet Food division. In her new role, Mihaela Voichita will report to Thorsten Kraft, Purchasing Manager for Own Brand Ultrafrische 2 Meat & Sausage.
