
We have been awarded the Top Employers Institute certificate for the tenth time in a row. The certificate recognises companies that place their employees at the centre of their business activities and offer them an outstanding working and development environment.
"This is the tenth time in a row that we have received this award. This not only makes us proud, but also confirms REWE Group's successful work with our employees," says Nicole Ewald, Lead Employer Branding Corporate Functions and REWE digital. "The requirements for an award from the institute are adjusted every year, and fulfilling them is no walk in the park. The results allow us to see where we stand in comparison to the competition and take appropriate measures for the future."
What is the Top Employers Institute?
The Top Employers Institute is an independent organisation that assesses companies worldwide on their HR strategy, working conditions, talent acquisition, learning opportunities, well-being and diversity. The HR Best Practices questionnaire covers six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas. Only companies that fulfil the high standards receive the Top Employer certificate and are allowed to communicate this.
