Licences for clubs 3.0
For an even greater sense of unity (not just in sport)

After a break last year, the success story is set to continue: With a few optimisations, "Scheine für Vereine" is entering its third round at REWE and Nahkauf.

Over 60 million club vouchers redeemed, 93,000 rewards ordered worth over 18 million euros: These are the impressive figures for the "Vouchers for Clubs" campaign in 2020, not to mention the remarkable media response and positive customer feedback. The REWE brand marketing team would like to build on this success and even go one better. The chances are good, because the new edition comes with some further developments. For example, the premium catalogue has been revised. Of the 112 items available for selection, 60 per cent are new. There are new, additional categories such as eSports & Gaming and club festivals as well as products from the hygiene sector. There are more rewards than before for athletics, children's gymnastics and swimming. It all started with a modest wish at the end of 2020: The Leipzig fistball team needed a new ball trolley. However, the tried-and-tested mechanics remain the same. From 25 April, REWE and Nahkauf customers will receive a club voucher for every 15 euros spent, which will be assigned to their favourite club online so that they can secure the rewards. The issue ends on 5 June. The vouchers can be assigned to clubs until 19 June and can be redeemed for rewards until 3 July. It's well known that sport is at its best in a club. For their part, the clubs can drum up publicity on the campaign website and create personalised posters, GIFs and videos. They can then share these on social media to mobilise fans, friends and acquaintances.

"The first time we approached all the clubs and drew their attention to the campaign. Unfortunately, only one of them got in touch, but it had the best youth work. Now 'Scheine für Vereine' is a sure-fire success and no longer needs to be advertised. The lads from SV Lausitz are already really keen on it. scheine für Vereine' has made many wishes come true. Among other things, an electronic scoreboard and plenty of training material for the youth were purchased. Customers can drop the notes anonymously into the donation letterbox."
