REWE makes room
At the last home match of FC Köln in the 2023/2024 Bundesliga season on 11 May, REWE cleared the jersey for Aktion Mensch. As the main sponsor, we have thus sent a clear signal in favour of social commitment and inclusion - and not just in sport.

For International Human Rights Day on 10 December, REWE has once again dispensed with the logo presence on the jerseys of the 1. FC Köln players. Background: the motto of the FC's season partnership with Amnesty International "ZesammeFürMenschen".
FC celebrates diversity match day
At the match against VfB Stuttgart, the 1. FC Köln team did not wear our familiar red or white REWE logo on their chest, but a colourful one. This was because the motto of the match was "#LEBEwiedubist - together for diversity".
FC season opening
A 2:0 win against FC Nantes and thousands of fans at the RheinEnergieStadion - the season opener for 1 FC Köln could hardly have gone better.
New co-operation
Aldiana is the new co-operation partner of the women's football team of 1. FC Köln. The first training camp will take place in August at the Aldiana Club Ampflwang in Austria. Fans can be there live as part of a fan trip.
REWE cleared the jersey
FC Köln's home match against VfL Wolfsburg on 25 February was all about Sustainability. Literally on the jerseys of the Billy Goats.
#LEBEwiedubist - with this campaign, 1 FC Köln and the REWE Group are campaigning for acceptance, diversity and equality as well as against discrimination and marginalisation - in sport and in society. To this end, 1. FC Köln organised its Bundesliga home match against VfB Stuttgart under the motto Diversity.
This was the FC season opener
50.000 FC fans celebrated the season opener of 1. FC Köln on the forecourt of the RheinEnergieStadion last Saturday. In addition to the large main stage, which was presented by REWE Group, the REWE, DER Travel and Tourism and ZooRoyal sales divisions enriched the family festival with numerous promotional stands.
For the Bundesliga start in 2022/2023
Next Saturday, 23 July, 1 FC Köln will once again be hosting its traditional season opener on the RheinEnergie Stadium pitch. REWE Group, together with its sales divisions REWE, DER Travel and Tourism and ZooRoyal, will contribute to a successful family day with numerous interactive offers.
REWE competition
Anthony Modeste not only delivers as an FC goal scorer. The football star has now also lent a hand with the REWE delivery service and delivered his coffee in Cologne-Niehl.
FC special jersey
FC Köln and its partner REWE took to the field against Arminia Bielefeld on match day 31 of the 2021/22 Bundesliga season (23 April) in a special jersey with a focus on Sustainability. Instead of the REWE logo, the FC professionals wore the words "Lebe nachhaltig" ("Live sustainably") from the FC campaign of the same name on their chest.
REWE Group
REWE Group has now donated almost a thousand tonnes of food and hygiene products for people in need in Ukraine. Over a thousand pallets of relief supplies have been collected.

The year 2021 ended with a special highlight for footballer Anthony Modeste. The FC star now not only "roasts" the opposing football teams, but also high-quality coffee beans.
