PENNY International's Wishing Tree campaign was so well received that the employees in Cologne are now extending the donation campaign for senior citizens to the whole year.
Moving into a care home often marks a significant stage in life for those affected and means the transition from a familiar environment to a new community. Not everyone is lucky enough to have their family members or friends to fall back on.
The PENNY International Cologne team's Wishing Tree campaign, which took place for the second time at the end of last year, is aimed particularly at these people. Each PENNY International employee was able to choose a card for themselves to fulfil a heartfelt wish for residents of the Kursana Domizil in Kürten.
The presents were distributed shortly before Christmas. The enthusiasm and joy when the presents were unwrapped was huge and touched everyone involved.
The extremely positive response and palpable gratitude of the residents have also led to donations for the Kursana Domizil now being accepted at PENNY International throughout the year and this campaign will continue to be very popular in the future. Donations in kind and clothes can be handed in to Nadine Qarout

Great campaign, could also be launched in other regions.
