Anyone struggling with mental health problems needs help quickly. This is where a REWE Group pilot project for all employees comes in. It arranges therapy places promptly and anonymously.
Mental stress can affect anyone - regardless of whether they already have a diagnosis or not. However - help takes time. On average, 142 days pass between seeking help and starting therapy. This is precisely where the pilot project "My MentalHealthCoach (MMHC) from REWE Group and Generali Health Solutions comes in: It offers our employees direct, uncomplicated access to qualified psychotherapeutic support - without any long waiting times.
The programme is aimed at all employees who are struggling with mental health problems. In a confidential initial video consultation with experienced psychotherapists, the individual situation is clarified and suitable offers of help are identified. Depending on requirements, either digital behavioural therapy is started immediately via the app (e.g. for depression or panic disorder) or an outpatient therapy place is arranged promptly.
Use is flexible and location-independent, fulfils the highest data protection standards and remains completely anonymous - no personal data is passed on to the employer. The programme is free of charge for participants.
The project will initially run for one year and aims to significantly reduce waiting times for therapy places and provide employees with personalised support to relieve their workload in the long term. MMHC is working closely with external specialists. The programme is only available to REWE Group employees and does not apply to their relatives.
You can find psychosocial counselling at Gemeinsam.topfit, via the LoS! multipliers or via your senior managers.
