PENNY among the top three brands

PENNY was one of the three most successful advertising companies on YouTube last year.

YouTube Germany has chosen the most successful brands of the past year based on the YouTube Ads Leaderboard. Every month, it publishes the best adverts on YouTube in the three categories "Super short" (6-second spots), "Short" (10-30 seconds) and "Long" (30+ seconds). The three winners - alongside Samsung and Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) - also include PENNY. The ranking is determined by an algorithm that takes into account organic reach, views, clicks, viewer loyalty and sentiment (likes vs. dislikes).

Several convincing PENNY campaigns

With "The Wish", PENNY delivered the most successful long-format programme of the past year. In the mother-son story, PENNY speaks to parents and young people in times of the pandemic and demonstrates compassion, empathy and the courage to engage in dialogue. In addition to this, the quirky music review for PENNY's own-brand products featuring drag queen Olivia Jones and the recruiting campaign "Du kannst" (You can) won over the German YouTube audience.
