For Diversity Month, our CEO, Lionel Souque, invites all employees to engage with diversity, contribute ideas and find out what REWE Group already has to offer.
The HR department has therefore put together an extensive programme on the topic. From 15 May, there will be expert presentations on a wide range of topics from the "LoS! Handlungshilfen" for help in difficult life situations, the Joblinge initiative and career development in old age, the Awo Lifebalance programme and di.to., REWE Group's LGBTIQ network.
