As a food retailer, REWE has secured the exclusive rights to the four chocolate bars from start-up NuCao for one year. The more sustainable chocolate variant in the flavours Roasted Hazelnut Butter, Almond Butter & Sea Salt, Salted Caramel and Crisp & Crunch was developed in close cooperation with REWE and Naturland.

The "REWE voll pflanzlich" store on Warschauer Brücke in the Friedrichshain district offers more than 2,700 vegan products. After more than 3,800 stores offering everything from organic vegetables to cheese and meat, this is REWE's first vegan store. Experience the new store here in our film.

Veganuary
It's a different kind of price campaign: instead of discounts in euros and cents, REWE is showing the climate benefits of vegan products for the first time - and demonstrating how easily customers can improve their personal carbon footprint.
