Almost 200 young people have successfully completed their training at toom this year. This great achievement is traditionally celebrated - and also that they will all remain loyal to the company in the future.
On 17 October, after passing their exams, the 179 former apprentices, dual students, junior development programme participants, trainees and participants in the high school graduation programme at toom were welcomed to the big graduation party! After being honoured by the toom managing directors, the graduates' achievements were honoured with good food, a party and a rollercoaster ride at an amusement park in Cologne. Particularly good news: all the young people will remain loyal to toom.
The mascot was not to be missed either.
There are many training opportunities at toom: In addition to training as a retail clerk specialising in sales or logistics, a career at the head office in Cologne in office management, wholesale and foreign trade, IT, real estate and e-commerce is also possible. In addition, toom's school-leaver programme is an alternative to studying. With this programme, toom offers its trainees the prospect of becoming store managers. And there is always a takeover guarantee if you perform well.
