The podcast for the REWE Group
one_Podcast #14: Sonja Liedke on the climate challenge for employees
by Julia Dopjans

In the one_Podcast, we ask colleagues every two weeks what moves them, what their current topics are or what they particularly like about their job. In episode 14, Sonja Liedke, Project Manager Sustainability, explains how employees can now reduce their CO₂e emissions by taking part in a joint campaign - and why it pays to take part.

Sonja Liedke talks about the climate challenge for employees

"Want to bet that together we can save 20,000 kg of CO₂e?" - This is the current climate challenge in which all REWE Group employees are working together to protect the climate. Sonja Liedke, Project Manager Sustainability, explains in the one_Podcast how this works in practice and how each individual can easily make a contribution. She also explains what Sustainability has to do with corporate culture and why employees are the biggest lever for shaping a more sustainable future.

I think it's a great campaign. The selectable activities still seem very manageable - in reality there are many more options, e.g. for clothing, heating, travelling, etc. - but the conversion may not be easy here. But the conversion may not be so easy here. best regards
