Record revenues and dividends

At the 62nd Annual General Meeting of FÜR SIE Handelsgenossenschaft in Zurich, the cooperative reported on a successful 2024.

The 62nd Annual General Meeting of FÜR SIE Handelsgenossenschaft eG took place in Zurich on 22 May 2025 with 140 participants. The members were able to find out about the cooperative's current developments, expand their network at the Annual General Meeting and during the social programme and strengthen their personal connections.

At 3.12 billion euros and a growth rate of 2.2%, the trading cooperative's revenue reached a record level. LHV's returnable drinks revenue increased by 3.5 %, as did the revenue of the beverage marketing company GVG (up 4.5 %) and the revenue of the food/non-food division (up 3.1 %). Only centralised beverage sales, at 935 million euros, suffered a slight decline in sales of -0.9%.

The level of distributions reached a new high. In the food/non-food segment alone, distributions increased from 6.8 to 7.3 million euros. As a result of this planned increase in distributions and the successful introduction of the new ERP system at LHV, the Group's expected pre-tax profit fell by around EUR 3 million to EUR 3.6 million.
