For several years now, REWE Group has been cooperating with Joblinge, an initiative that helps young people enter the world of work. This cooperation is called REWE Group-internal Ehrensache and is an offer to employees who would like to volunteer. We spoke to Sandra Pauli in the one_Podcast. She has been a mentor from the very beginning and is the contact person for colleagues who would like to take part in Ehrensache. I coached my first "mentee" in Ludwigshafen in the spring: we both enjoyed it and it gave me a good feeling to accompany a young man with less than favourable prospects into a successful professional life. The co-operation with the "Joblingen" was very professional.
