In addition to the typical Italian topping, the new La Mia Pinsa Rucola variety is characterised by its distinctive La Mia Pinsa base: crispy on the outside, airy on the inside and made from three types of flour (wheat flour, rice flour, spelt flour) and sourdough. Pre-baked on stone and with its unique oval shape, each pinsa is one of a kind. La Mia Pinsa is a must in every freezer! For optimum sales, place La Mia Pinsa in the frozen pizza block next to La Mia Grande.

Since its launch in November 2021, all La Mia Pinsa varieties have carried the Nutri-Score on the front of the packaging. This also applies to the new La Mia Pinsa rocket, tomato, mozzarella & pecorino, which is labelled with a light green B. New icons on the back of the packaging provide even more information about the product characteristics to support a conscious purchasing decision. Dr Oetker sees this as an important step towards offering consumers complete transparency regarding nutritional values and ingredients. All signs point to Pinsa's success!
Because Pinsa is catching on: in restaurants, in Pinserien and also in retail. Dr Oetker has been conquering freezers with La Mia Pinsa since November 2021. Now the success story continues with the first line extender. The launch of La Mia Grande Rucola Pomodori e Mozzarella last year has already shown that rocket is a popular product: The variety was already one of the top 3 in the popular range just a few months after its launch.1 The new La Mia Pinsa Rucola product will be publicised with eye-catching TV advertising on high-reach channels from June 2022. Digital measures round off the communication approach and create awareness in the relevant target group.
