Why are there relatively few women in the IT sector? Our female colleagues at REWE digital have a clear opinion on this and are actively involved in recruiting new employees. They spoke to one about clichés, obstacles and approaches for improvement.
German Skilled Labour Award
With its KIMAT integration programme, REWE Süd was one of the 21 nominees for the German Skilled Labour Award. In total, there were over 500 applications for the award, which is presented by the German government for outstanding approaches to recruiting skilled labour.
Regional craftsmen pilot project
With in-house tradespeople, small repairs in the stores can be carried out more quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. PENNY has therefore launched a pilot project that is now being rolled out nationwide.
