Spain wins the title

The Spaniards beat England 1:0 in a thrilling and hard-fought final to win their first title. And the winners of our prediction game have been decided.

La Roja bring the World Cup title to Spain for the first time. In the 29th minute, captain Olga Carmona scored the 1:0 winner against England. Both teams reached a World Cup final for the first time.

Three of the top favourites - the USA, Germany and Sweden - had previously been eliminated. Sweden had secured 3rd place against co-hosts Australia on Saturday.

Hello, I had predicted 1-1 in the round of 16 match with the score 0-0 after regular time. Why did I get 0 points?
