Online Annual Report 2020 honoured twice
Fox Finance Awards for the REWE Group

The REWE Group Online Annual Report 2020 entitled "Turbulent times. Decisive action." impressed twice at the internationally renowned Fox Awards: the report received a Fox Finance Award 2021 in silver and a Fox Finance Visuals 2021 in gold.

The Fox Finance Awards have been recognising efficient corporate reporting solutions in print and digital under the umbrella of dapamedien Verlag since 2015.

Fox Finance Awards in silver is the seal of approval for the outstanding performance of the submitted communication concept according to at least four central efficiency criteria. The award recognises the concept's above-average effectiveness.

In a multi-stage process, the quality of content across all channels, the approaches to generating reach and the quality of dialogue are assessed.

The Fox Visuals is a special evaluation of the visual concept by the FH Münster. Only the design efficiency is assessed here. Layout, typography and visual language are assessed.

Hamster purchases for food, return campaigns for holidaymakers or remote work in the head offices: The coronavirus pandemic has left deep marks on REWE Group in Germany and abroad. In the 2020 Annual Report "Turbulent times. Decisive action." rEWE Group employees report on how they experienced this time and overcame its challenges.

The online Annual Report 2020 is divided into a multimedia magazine section with videos, animations and graphics. Moving image sequences on the homepage and at the head of the magazine articles visually pick up on the report's motto. The company section provides a comprehensive presentation of REWE Group's key figures. The REWE Combine Group management report and financial statements are presented and explained in a separate section.

The report, which was realised in cooperation with the Cologne-based design agency KD1, is available in German and English at www.rewe-group-geschaeftsbericht.de/

EHA Energie-Handels-Gesellschaft has published its annual report for 2022. Despite a difficult market situation, the result was maintained at the previous year's level. The surplus amounted to almost 8.9 million euros with sales growth of 30 per cent to 895.3 million euros.
Annual Report 2024
REWE Group is in excellent health
The Annual General Meeting of REWE ZENTRALFINANZ eG approved the 2024 annual financial statements on Saturday, 14 June 2025: another very good year for the cooperative REWE Group. On this occasion, the long-standing Chairman of the Supervisory Board Erich Stockhausen handed over his mandate to his successor Stefan Lenk. With the approval of the annual financial statements, we also published our online annual report for 2024 under the title "Clear Course - Strong Future".

Handelsblatt recently reported that "REWE is burdened by high debts". Now CFO Telerik Schischmanow clarifies in an interview with the same medium that REWE Group is in a solid position. We also spoke to him about REWE Group's financial situation on the occasion of the report and did a fact check.
