Attention football fans: REWE Group is once again putting together teams for the Come-Together-Cup and is looking for colleagues who would like to play in a mixed and men's team for the "REWE Group DITO-Kickers" on 4 June 2026. As usual, the game will be played on the pitches of the RheinEnergie Stadium in Cologne.
The Come-Together-Cup (CTC) will take place for the 32nd time in 2026 and traditionally attracts thousands of visitors. Around 96 teams, over 50 exhibitors, around 1,300 players and a stage programme lasting several hours await you on the stadium forecourts. Also back: the "Boulevard of Diversity" and the popular celebrity fun kick in the afternoon.
The CTC is a charity tournament that promotes respectful coexistence between homosexual and heterosexual recreational footballers. People with different perspectives, backgrounds and realities of life come together on and off the pitch. The proceeds traditionally support the Cologne-based organisations Aidshilfe Köln e.V. and anyway e.V. - and make the tournament the largest high-profile recreational football event in Europe.
REWE Group has been a sponsor of the tournament since 2014 and has also provided its own teams for several years. REWE Group once again has two of the coveted team places available for 2026: one team in the mixed competition and one team in the men's competition.
Interested employees can now register for the two teams. We are looking for up to 14 players per team.
- A maximum of 7 male footballers per mixed team may be included in a 14-player mixed team squad. All other mixed team squad places should be available for women or for trans*, inter* and non-binary footballers.
- Unfortunately, DFB club footballers from the national league and upwards who are still actively involved in the mixed and men's tournament groups are not permitted. Playing up to and including DFB/FVM district league level is permitted. As a general rule, recreational football will continue to take centre stage at the Come-Together Cup.
To ensure a professional appearance by the REWE Group teams at this tournament, REWE Group will provide the players with a jersey set (consisting of jersey, shorts, socks) on loan.

Our colleagues from DITO, the REWE Group's LGBTIQ employee network, will also be on site with their own drinks stand, selling drinks in aid of Aidshilfe Köln e.V. and anyway e.V..
