By participating in the competition, participants accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Organiser
The competition is organised by DR Hospitality GmbH & Co KG, Lange Straße 1a, 18055 Rostock (hereinafter: DR Hospitality). The prizes are exclusively hotel vouchers from the DR Hospitality brands A-ROSA, aja and HENRI. For the sake of clarity, the term "vouchers" or "voucher contingents" will be used in the following.
2. Participants:in
All employees of a REWE Group company, including self-employed REWE or local retailers and their employees, are eligible to participate. Employees of DR Hospitality and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
Participation via competition associations or participation and entry services, automated participation and multiple participation (e.g. with different e-mail addresses) as well as participation with falsified identities or with identities of third parties are not permitted and will lead to disqualification.
Participants may be required to provide proof of their eligibility to participate in the competition. If participants fail to provide proof of eligibility within the deadline set by DR Hospitality, DR Hospitality reserves the right to exclude them from participation.
3. Prizes
The prize will be stated in the competition in the medium in which the competition is published (in particular InfoNet, website www.one.rewe-group.com / in the one newsletter/ EDP,) in the respective competition article.
The prize comprises 14 hotel vouchers for two overnight stays for two people each. Each voucher is valid for a defined hotel of the A-ROSA, aja or HENRI brands. Redemption is subject to availability. The organiser reserves the right to exclude travel periods from the redemption of vouchers.
4. How do I take part?
Participants must send in one of the three keywords by e-mail. The keywords will be provided in the competition text in the respective competition article. The competition is limited in time, the respective closing date for entries is stated in the competition text.

The entry must not contain any indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive content or mention or incite illegal activities. Entrants whose entries contain such content will be disqualified.
5. Determination of winners
Winners will be drawn by lot and notified via the email address provided when entering. The contact details cannot be changed after the entry has been submitted.
6. Prize transfer
After notification of the prize, the prize will be sent by post to the delivery address provided by the participant when entering.
In the event of an undeliverable prize, DR Hospitality is not obliged to make any further enquiries. In this case, the claim to the prize is forfeited. The risk of deterioration and accidental loss shall pass to the winner upon dispatch.
7. Exclusion of participants
DR Hospitality reserves the legal right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if they provide false or incomplete information, use unauthorised aids, are suspected of manipulation or violate the conditions of participation in any other way.
If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently cancelled or prizes already claimed may be reclaimed. DR Hospitality reserves the right to request a statement from the participant if a reason for exclusion is suspected. If the participant fails to respond within the deadline set by DR Hospitality, DR Hospitality reserves the right to exclude the participant from participation.
8. No transfer of winnings
If it is not possible to transfer the prize to the winner (e.g. because the claim to the prize has lapsed due to the conditions of participation or the winner does not accept the prize), DR Hospitality reserves the right to decide at its own discretion what to do with the prize (e.g. whether the prize is awarded to the participants who did not win in accordance with these conditions of participation or whether it is not awarded and is used for another competition, for example).

10. Disclaimer of liability
DR Hospitality accepts no responsibility for loss of data, in particular data lost during data transmission, technical defects or lost, damaged or delayed entries due to network, hardware or software problems. Any warranty claims by the winners are excluded.
11. Change/cancellation of the competition
DR Hospitality reserves the legal right to change or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In particular, DR Hospitality is entitled to discontinue, cancel or suspend the competition if attempted misuse through manipulation is detected, if proper implementation is no longer ensured, in particular in the event of hardware or software failure, program errors, computer viruses or unauthorised intervention by third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems.
12. Invalidity of individual clauses
Should a clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
13. Transfer, cash payment, legal recourse
Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any winnings are non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded. Any vouchers or other personalised prizes won are intended exclusively for the personal use of the winners.
14. Consumer arbitration
We hereby inform you that DR Hospitality does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings of a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
15. Passing on the prize
The resale of prizes (directly, online, etc.), black market trading and, for example, voucher speculation or similar are prohibited. REWE Group reserves the right to take action under labour or criminal law in the event of violations of the aforementioned conditions.
16. Tax law notice
DR Hospitality GmbH & Co KG will assume any tax liability incurred by the beneficiary through lump-sum taxation in accordance with Section 37b of the German Income Tax Act (EStG). The tax liability of the beneficiary is thereby settled.
17. Data protection and advertising
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of organising the competition, transferring the prize or voucher, announcing the prize, documentation, social security contributions and taxation. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the purposes of running the competition, transferring the prize or voucher, documentation, social security contributions and taxation. By taking part in the competition, participants agree to their personal data being processed for the above-mentioned purposes.
By participating in the competition, participants also agree that their personal data may be processed for publicity and/or follow-up reporting in REWE Group media (online, social media, print).
17.1. how long will the data be stored?
The data of participants in a competition will be stored for up to 6 months for a possible audit by Group Audit to verify the proper implementation of the competition and then deleted. For the handling of the voucher issue for all competitions, the data of the winners will be stored for up to 14 months and then deleted.

This data is forwarded to the responsible department for processing. The data will be deleted after 10 years.
If prizes are discovered for sale on a sales exchange, REWE Group reserves the right to forward the personal data of the winner determined from the competition to the organiser/provider of the prize.
